  1. Customer is responsible for safely and securely packaging and shipping electronics set forth on this page.
  2. If customer ships unacceptable items, such items may be rejected and returned to customer at customer's sole cost and expense.
  3. Customer acknowledges that use of this recycling service shall be subject to the Terms of Service set forth on our website at eridirect.com/la-sanitation/terms-of-service. If you have any questions, please contact 1-800-374-3473 (M-F, 8am-5pm PST).
  4. All accepted material received shall be handled, processed and recycled in strict compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, rules and regulations and in accordance with e-Stewards, R2, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. In addition, any data contained on any electronic storage media incorporated into the material will be shredded, erased, degaussed, impaired or otherwise overwritten in accordance with Department of Defense standards and specifications.
